Bamnoli Satara

Bamnoli has placed fifteen kilometers from the Kass Pathar. I took the when ST that arrives at 1.30 pm. The road climbs until the Kas lake and from there it’s all downhill with smart views of the Shivsagar Lake, that is made because of the Koyna dam.

Bamnoli could be a tiny village beside the lake and is totally enthusiastic about it for revenues. From Bamnoli there are varied ferry rides to Datta Mandir(45 mins), Tapola(1 hour), Vasota fort and Nageshwar Temple (Complete Day), etc. I had set to require the Tapola ferry that value Rs 630 for six persons. As there have been not sufficient guests I shared with solely two different persons, thus per head, it had been Rs 210. it's a fun scenic ride, although the boat is simply a powerboat, not a boat, the noise of the engine is incredibly loud. On the one facet, you see the Mahabaleshwar hill station and on the opposite facet, you see the windmills. there's accommodation on the market in Bamnoli however is pricey, the food quality is average.

After the boat ride, I visited the Kas Lake, it's twelve kilometers from Bamnoli, it's a tiny low lake that provides water to Satara, there are countless hotels/eateries around this place. One cannot have any food at Kass Pathar, thus got to come back here during this village. It’s a pleasant picnic spot around the lake.
